Are you interested in coding? Do you want to learn how to code? If so, Game N Hack is the program for you! Sign up for Game N Hack's competition today to gain access to exclusive free coding tutorials, to take part in live virtual tutorial meetings, and most importantly, to learn something new, all at no cost!
Free Coding Tutorials
If you sign up to take part in the Game N Hack competition, you will be given access to Game N Hack's FREE coding tutorials that will help you learn how to code, and guide you during competition time. These tutorials will range from beginner, intermediate, to advanced skills.
Game N Hack Competition
Signing up for Game N Hack's competition will bring you a lot of advantages. These advantages range from working with new people, learning new things, applying knowledge to different concepts, connecting to real-life problems, trouble-shooting, strategic thinking, and so much more! These are essential skills that can be carried to almost any potential career.
The competition will be divided into 3 groups. Grades 3-5, grades 6-9, and grades 10 and anyone older.
You will be split into teams of 4 people. If you already have a team of 4 people, a team of 3 people, or a partner, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THEIR NAME AND EMAIL IN THE REGISTRATION FORM!!!
For this competition, you can create anything with code ranging from a game, an app, a prototype, or a combination of everything! It's up to you - let your creativity take over!
You will be given a theme for your coding creation on the day of the competition. You will have to create something with code related to or for the given theme. Themes can range from "Create something related to music" to "Create something related to climate change". You will only find out what the theme is on the day of the competition.
Time limitations will vary by grade category:
Grades 3-5 — 24 hours
Grades 6-9 —36 hours
Grades 10 and anyone older — 48 hours
Free Coding Tutorials:
If you sign up to take part in the Game N Hack competition, you will be given access to Game N Hack's FREE coding tutorials that will help you learn how to code, and guide you during competition time. These tutorials will range from beginner, intermediate, to advanced skills.
Live Virtual Tutorial Meetings:
Near the competition date, we will be hosting a live virtual meeting. During this meeting, you will be allowed to ask any questions at all related to coding. We will try our very best to answer all of your questions.
Along with a tutorial meeting, we will have a ceremonial meeting. During the ceremonial meeting, we will announce the winners and showcase their excellent work.
The absolute deadline to sign up for the Game N Hack competition is FRIDAY JULY 31ST, 2020 @ 11:59 PM!
Make sure you let all of your friends know! Ask your parents to follow and share our social media as well to receive frequent updates! Also, please keep checking your emails if you have already registered! You will be receiving further information and details regarding the Game N Hack competition.
